I have actually just bought 10 of your Hinges. And choose to fit like you did on inside like but hinge. However, just an idea why not produce the tee hinge with a flange on both sides of the door side, then you would have same uniform finish as the front of the door?

Thank you. You didn't show us installing the new door stop inside the frame. I assume the width of the part of the hinge you fitted to the frame is 28 to 30mm, but the thickness of the door and how far you offset the stop into the frame is probably less than that (probably 22mm I guess). Did you fit the stop over the hinge or do you notch the stop around the hinges? thanks again.

Thanks. My gearbox was worn and got quoted 100 pounds for a replacement. Fitted sprung handles and it worked perfectly. So pleased I stumbled across your video 👍

Excellent tip! I’ve been using muriatic acid which is much harsher and thru, more dangerous. Will definitely try this!
